This hearty slow cooker smoked turkey Cajun 15 bean soup is packed with smoky flavor, colorful veggies, and a kick of Cajun seasoning.

20 oz. bag Hurst's Hambeens Cajun 15 bean Soup Mix (save the cajun seasoning packet to add at the end of the cooking time.
1.5 lbs. smoked turkey (cubed in 1 inch pieces) I buy a chunk of smoked turkey breast from the deli and cube myself. See notes for other options.
1 large leek (dark green parts discarded)
1 red bell pepper diced
2 carrots peeled and diced
2 celery ribs diced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 cups chicken broth

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 cups chicken broth
Rinse and sort beans, discarding any debris. Add the beans to the slow cooker. Save the Cajun flavor packet for after the entire cooking time is up.
Pour over the chicken broth.
Add the cubed turkey, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
When the cooking time is up, add the Cajun seasoning packet and stir. Add salt to taste.
Can sub smoked turkey wings or legs
If you only have regular turkey, add in 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
