1 sweet onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced ham
6 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
baked sweet potatoes, for serving

15.5 ounce package Hurst's Slow Cooker Bacon and Beans
1 sweet onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups diced ham
6 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
baked sweet potatoes, for serving
Sort and rinse through the beans, checking for any debris or stones.
Add the beans, onion, garlic, ham, and chicken broth to a slow cooker set to high. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours, or until beans are tender.
Turn heat to low and stir in the seasoning packet from the bag of beans, along with the ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Serve spooned over baked sweet potatoes or regular white potatoes.
