- If you prefer to avoid the bioengineered/GMO ingredients in the listed products, you can simply omit the seasoning/flavor packet when cooking the beans.
*NOTE*: Hurst now ships all items containing "Ham Flavor" seasoning packets with a seasoning/flavor blend that is SOY FREE. These items will still have the same great taste our loyal customers have loved for years, but will no longer contain any soy based ingredient.
These new SOY FREE Ham Flavor seasoning blends are also non-GMO.
All product prior to this change will clearly state CONTAINS: SOY in the ingredients list on the back of every package.
